Professional Jewelry Cleaning, Re-plating & Repair Services

We offer professional cleaning, re-plating and repairing services for our jewelry. 

Price is available upon request for jewelry items - which were not made by Better Jewelry. Please send us pictures of the items so we can evaluate the extent of the damage and determine if we can repair the item. Here's our email: customerservice@betterjewelry.com 

The price for cleaning, re-plating & repairs for our signature West Indian Bangles are as follow:

Re-platting 

$20 per pair
Repair for silver bangles within 90 days of purchase 		Free just send them back to us following the instructions for exchange.
Repair for silver bangles after 90 days of purchase

$15 per bangle
Repair for solid gold bangles 

$40 per bangle 
Professional cleaning for any bangle

$10 per item

Please note that all pieces of the bangle must be sent to us - for your repair request to be validated.
Bangles with missing pieces are subjected to a surcharge - of $35 dollars or more - depending of the extent of the damage. 


Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our office. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your package.
