Shipping Policy
We always strive for safe and efficient shipping. We try to ship all non-custom orders within 1-3 business days. On the rare occasion that your item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Most items are available for overnight shipping but please check with us prior to confirm. If your order requires customization (plating/re-sizing), this will take 1-2 weeks. We have several shipping options available for you to choose from. Once your item has left our distribution center, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive. |

International buyers are responsible for all custom duties and taxes associated with the item. Please be advised that we have no control over these charges. The international policies on imports vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office if you require further information.
Once at customs, each package is processed differently and can take either several days or longer to be cleared for delivery. Each country has specific guidelines on how it processes international imports. We have no control over this process. While we will do our best to assist you through this process, please be patient and understanding of the fact that we have no jurisdiction over international customs procedures.
