If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, you may return it for a full refund, without a restocking fee – no questions asked. Genuine gold and diamond jewelry has a 10% restocking fee. Items designated as Clearance are not covered by this guarantte, not refundable, and sold as is.
Return Policy
  • You must contact returns@betterjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your item, so that we may issue you an RMA#. The RMA# must be included with your return package. Packages which are sent without an RMA# will be returned to the sender. All items must be received within 2 weeks from the time that you were issued an RMA#. Items returned after this time will be returned to the sender, without a refund.
  • Sender is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the returned package, as well as insuring the returned item.
  • All items must be returned in original condition, unaltered, unworn and in the original packaging. If any alterations were done to the item while in the buyer’s possession, it is non-refundable.
  • Only the cost of the item will be refunded; shipping costs are non refundable.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable. For example, if you requested your item to be resized or set with different stones, you can not return this item.
  • Your refund will be issued in the same form as your payment was received.
