Yes, we do offer a lay-away plan, which is a wonderful option especially before the holidays. Since most of our sterling silver items are of limited quantities and the popular pieces sell out quickly, if there is something you like but money is a bit tight right now, we offer a lay-away plan. You would have to put down an initial 20% of the full amount and we will hold the item for you for 2 months. If you have paid off the entire amount by then, we will ship your item out. If, however, you have not completed your payment within 2 months, your item will no longer be held and your deposit is non-refundable. Please email us at ebay@betterjewelry.com.

Only NY state residents are required to pay sales tax, which is 8.375%.

Better Jewelry guarantees that the jewelry we ship to you will accord with the weight, size, and style described in our store. If any item you receive is not the same as described, once we receive the item in new condition we will either replace the item with an item that matches the description or refund your payment in full, including shipping and handling charges.
